Lovely staff, average room for...

Liked: Staff lovely and polite, they also gave me a top floor room which I requested:)
Disliked: Carpet was stained all over. Noticed it as soon as I walked in the room. Definitely needs replacing!!

Liked: Excellent staff, a very welcoming smile from Laura on entering, all the staff were excellent including Lucy and Tess and the room cleaners, very welcoming and always a hello, im from Preston and good to see this customer service, very well done with this really!

Liked: Overnight stay before catching the Cruise Connect coach to Southampton the following morning. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom was clean. The staff were very helpful and helpful welcoming. We did not eat dinner there and left before breakfast, so I can not comment on the dining facilities.

Perfect hotel

Liked: Staff were lovely, hotel was extremely clean, food was great. Air con in the room was a huge bonus, would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Liked: Lovely staff. Some areas could do with a deep clean on the carpets as stained. Bed base of our bad was stained on the side also. Also think the mattresses could do with being updated although it was pretty comfortable. Slept well even though the room was pretty warm as air conditioning fan wasn’t working.

I would definitely stay again!

Liked: Very clean and modern rooms with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Quiet and good room temperature, charging points by the bed.Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Slightly away from the city centre although a short walk.
