Liked: We love staying at Holiday inn
Disliked: We love staying at Holiday inn in poplar bluff but a couple weekends ago I try to cancel a booked room and it said free cancellation but yet I was still charged when I called they said since it was booked online they couldn't do anything but they still collected the money for me staying there when I did not stay there and wouldn't even offer me a night not to make up for what I've been charged

Liked: Clean, safe, friendly staff, good breakfast!
Disliked: The bathroom sink faucet was not the right size nor positioned correctly which made ordinary tasks such as washing your hands inconvenient.

Family Mini Getaway

Liked: I loved the room and breakfast was amazing.I could have just stayed in the room and been completely happy, but the children loved the pool.
Disliked: The pool room was really hot, kind of made it uncomfortable.
