Fun for kids

Liked: The location to everything downtown and fun activities for kids. Front desk lady who checked us in was amazing plus she had great customer service throughout our stay!
Disliked: The Waterpark was CROWDED! We stayed 3 nights & 2 of those nights the waterpark was chaos, actually the entire hotel was. People told us from both nights that they just walk in from off the street and let their kids swim, 95% of the people had no wrist bands or supervision. Absolute nuts throughout the entire place. Like other reviews have said it’s crazy to pay $15/night for parking in Omaha. The cost of each night to stay here and we were turned off about the chaos and parking plus with so many running around ; the hotel was dirty our floor had cake smeared all over in the hallways for a day and a half before it was cleaned. If they can get the waterpark managed and make sure only paying guests are there this would be a great place to stay especially for kids.

Liked: The mirror in the bathroom was amazing.
Disliked: No stair access with only 2 elevators. The window in our rm. Had a swear word and a swastika drawn on them, so dirty. The pool water was borderline filthy, discolored. Mini fridge in room was dirty. Not worth the money at all.

Disliked: Room was canceled without notification. Traveled over 90miles in hopes of this establishment only to be turned away with just a "Sorry bout that."

If we come back again,...

Liked: We love the location. It was close to the luminaria and restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to park on the street for free.
Disliked: The water was cold in the play area. They ran out of towels. And they ran out of food for the breakfast buffet. There was only one person working in the breakfast buffet, so she couldn’t keep up with cleaning off the tables. it was very crowded when we went so the elevator was always full and we had to wait a long time to get on it.
