Pleasant staff but hotel needs...

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The room was cold, the bath didn’t drain away, and the bed was very hard.

Superb

Liked: Room was quite big with 2 comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent.Staff were very friendly. Check in was efficient.
Disliked: Decor is a bir dated. Quite far out of town.

Would stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was lovely and had ample parking.The breakfast buffet had a vast array of food, and the vegetarian sausages were delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive.Hotels grounds very luscious and kept well.

Liked: Clear room, plenty of parking
Disliked: Restaurant ran out of bottled water early in the day and had no intention to rectify so I had to order water on a delivery app, very poor.

Pleasant

Liked: The evening staff and restaurant/bar staff were excellent and provided a great service.
Disliked: Having booked an accessible room, it would have been an advantage to know in advance that the lift into the restaurant was not working so that I could have been more prepared. The shower drain did not drain the water quickly which made the floor tiles very slippery. Uncomfortable bed which sagged in the middle. No front of house staff around to speak to when we checked out after breakfast.
