Good

Liked: A really convenient stop as near motorway.
Disliked: Some cleanliness issues but I provided feedback at the time.

Very disappointed

Liked: Friendly staff and easy to find.
Disliked: Bed rolled about every time you get in or out of it. The mattress far too soft gave us both back ache. TV had all apps blocked, so I don't see the point in having them on the TV. The shower is either boiling hot or freezing and does not drain properly. Can hear if the room next door or opposite leave room. Very disappointed.

Liked: Very clean.Staff are very nice especially the receptionist Jojy.
Disliked: No swimming pool.

Liked: The location itself was perfect, very big car park, very clean and the breakfast was amazing
Disliked: The speed hump into the car park was ridiculously high and scraped the bottom of my car regardless of how slow i went over it, i had a sun light in the room that had a blind over it with a remote to open but this never worked and the room only had one tiny window that you couldn’t even open for fresh air so this made the room very deprived of natural light

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff. The air-conditioning in the room worked perfectly.
Disliked: Maybe a slightly larger gym with more variance of equipment. It was mainly cardio equipment and the machines were a little old.

Disliked: Was very hot and our air conditioner was broken windows would not open fan broken in the bathroom

Not good value for money...

Liked: The location was convenient, free parking, shower.
Disliked: The first room I was given - the AC unit would not work. Had to use the batteries out of the tv remote for the AC controller. Then the unit still wouldn’t come on. Had to find number on own phone to call reception as no phones in rooms. They said would send somebody up. 30 minutes later nobody had come. Went down to reception to be told they already knew there was an issue with that room. Asked to move rooms. Which was eventually agreed. In the new room, whilst the AC unit worked, the TV and desk lamp did not! The toilet seat lid wouldn’t stay up and so when using toilet it was resting on my back. Sheets were of very poor quality and mattress uncomfortable. Whilst I only paid £60 for the night, the facilities and staff were poor and not sure value for money even at this low price! I would expect better from holiday inn.
