Overall great stay

Liked: Great location, staff even text to check on my to make sure everything was good. 24 hour cafe with few food choices was amazing. Bed were very comfortable and room was very clean
Disliked: Parking is not reimbursed. That take the parking fee from your room fee refund. Parking is $21 a day.

Disappointing

Liked: It good but there is many thing not clear with reservation like car parking extra pay the other hotel around is free to enter stay long time to open entrace

You get what you pay...

Liked: Hotel was aesthetically pleasing. Nice decor & the elevators are quick. Restaurant is nice.
Disliked: It smelled like sewage near & on the elevators for some reason. My pillow was dirty I didn’t notice until I woke up I was grossed out. Had like wet stains that were brown… the smell wasn’t good. Some of the staff were nice but most of them were not accommodating that much.

Safe, functional and assures restful...

Liked: Room and Airport shuttle bus service are positives for the Hotel, highly appreciated by small business-owners like me on tight travel budget.
Disliked: 1) Absence of "Free breakfast" is a major drawback experience.2) Front desk couldn't provide adapters (either for sale or lease) to guests from outside US having appliances that don't fit into the electric sockets.

Liked: Clean well keep rooms ease of check in and out
Disliked: Getting in and out of the parking lot

Bad

Disliked: Inspite of calling them twice to remind that my check-in will be late as the flight was delayed, to which they agreed. When I reached the property they informed me that it was sold out and your booking was cancelled by booking.com. With 2 small kids in New Jersey weather it was a horrible experience. Will never ever book that hotel.

Met My Needs

Liked: Good price for a forced overnight stay due to flight issues at EWR.
Disliked: Nothing
