Liked: Location was just awesome. Right on Times Square street.
Disliked: Room was too small and washroom was also small.Plus the washroom door was broken.Water was not available in the room as courtesy.

Liked: Nothing. The poor service ruined our holiday and we were so worried trying to find where to keep our belongings. I don't have anything good to say about this hotel.
Disliked: We made back to back bookings and made arrangement for the hotel to keep our bags while we went on a 3 day tour to Niagara falls. On the night before our tour, the front desk staff said they will not keep our bags. They offered expensive or dodgy alternatives so we stayed up until midnight trying to look for where we could keep our 4 big bags while we went on our 3 day tour. It's very bad for this hotel to go back on their word. We made plans on our 10day trip to New York based on this arrangement.The location was very poor. Location does not only mean proximity it also covers health and safety. This hotel has junkies hanging out in the entrance. Looking at the state the drug addicts were in, I don't think they're only doing marijuana. They look like they're doing heavy stuff. Very scary.We booked for 4 people in one room, they only gave us 3 towels. We requested for an additional towel and they gave us one on the first night. When we came home the second day, again we only had 3 towels. We called and called but they were not picking up. I had to go down to the lobby to get an extra towel. The next day, it's the same thing. I gave up and just used the small towels.We requested for an extra duvet and they gave us one on the first night. The following day, they took away our extra duvet and as above they stopped answering our calls so, I just gave up and made do with what we have. Very uncomfortable.The aircon unit was very noisy. The front yard of the hotel is always wet. Smells like a garbage dump.

Liked: The bed is okay.
Disliked: A lot!!! There's a small public area in front of the hotel and a huge smelling of drugs is around there. The hotel has a huge price dispute. I booked the room half a month ago, and when it was one day before, the price was $50 lower than the price we booked and the room was with breakfast. Our room didn't include breakfast. I felt cheated... Very angry. Lastly, they have very disappointing services. The staff said there's a hair dryer in the room but I never found one. I asked them to send one to the room three times from the afternoon before they finally sent me one at night.
