Blood on the dance floor

Liked: The staff was kinda nice
Disliked: There was blood splatter in the first room and paw prints in the second. They said they would take money off of my room for all the blood splatter and didn't .

Definitely worth the value for...

Liked: The staff is awesome. I always enjoy talking with them when I stay.
Disliked: I'm not sure what could have been better. If all my basic needs are met I have nothing to complain about.

General maintenance and a few...

Liked: I like how accommodating the front desk personnel tried to be, but at 5PM on a Thursday, maintenance staff had already gone home. However, maintenance manager had to go buy a part to fix one of our issue and do so after her break was over.
Disliked: Our door (room 109) had no screws in the top hinge plate on the door, so you had to lift it in order to open or close and either way, it was very loud. The access light on the door was so short that it locked again before you could go through the steps required to open the door. Also, some basic maintenance needs to be done, ie., the fabric on the bottom of the box spring was hanging down in a couple of places and the bed frame corners were exposed and very painful when making contact with your shin. The bathroom ventilation fan did not work, so lots of fog and smells. Needed a couple more cups in the bathroom, so had to go to the lobby. An extra towel each would have been nice, too.

Great all around accommodations.

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful taking care of our needed room situation. The Manager personally went above and beyond without hesitation. Recommended a great place for dinner on top of it. Room was clean and the breakfast tasty.
