Housekeeper needs to do better

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very nice and understandable
Disliked: Rooms wasn’t clean, had to switch due to it not being cleaned, switched room to smaller beds and not to much room

Liked: Room clean, check in easy. Liked proximity to nature trail.
Disliked: We paid for breakfast, but it was chaos! We waited, and waited while the person was running around trying to take orders. The coffee was terrible and small cups and lady didn't have time to refill. I refilled myself but she made a sarcastic remark to me. They served food without silverware, and everyone was uncomfortable in the dining hall. We got up and left, and I am not sure if breakfast was deducted.The pet fee is ridiculous!! I have never paid that much! Would not stay here again due to those things.

Liked: The hotel was very clean overall , but it took us almost 30 minutes just to check in , there wasn't a restaurant, and the bar wasn't what I expected ... The area was very nice as well ... And the price for 3 candy bars and some nuts .. was literally almost $20.00 then the lady asked me if that was alright ... But my stay was alright .. the bathroom sink was stopped up .. but however it was ok ..
