Liked: Had to pay for it so did not have it as it was quite expensive.
Disliked: Stayed in a disability rated room. It was at the very end of the hall, way too far of a walk. Idiot who designed this layout knows nothing about the disabled.

Liked: Holiday Inn was beautiful. Very clean, outstanding front desk staff.
Disliked: Hostess in restaurant was a little rude. Waitress was great. Bar staff very friendly. The night we stayed at Lacross team was there. The kids were very rude. Coaches used the only luggage racks for their equipment. They could of off loaded their equipment and let other people make use of them. But that is not your fault.

Game room mishaps

Liked: Loved the pool hot tub and pool side service from Big Es
Disliked: The game room had two broken games (dart game and car game) and two of others (pacman and air hockey) took the money and it didnt register the game.
