It’s alright.

Liked: The location is in the middle of almost anywhere we wanted to go visit.
Disliked: The air conditioning. We set it at 66F but felt like 76F. No need to use the sheet and blanket.

I booked a family room...

Liked: Our stay would have been significantly better if the hotel had honored our confirmed reservation and communicated any issues in advance. Being denied check-in upon arrival, especially while traveling with family and kids, was extremely stressful. A smoother check-in process, clear communication, and being given the room type we actually booked would have made a major difference. Additionally, resolving the billing issues and returning the security deposit promptly would improve the overall experience.
Disliked: The front desk refused to honor my confirmed reservation and claimed it was canceled without notifying me. I was forced to accept a smaller room that didn’t match my booking, and the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I was also overcharged, and the promised security deposit refund has not been returned. Overall, it was a frustrating and stressful experience, especially while traveling with family.

Perfect accommodations for our stay

Liked: I thought the location was great, services and staff were great.
Disliked: Didn’t like the pillows and wish there was a mini fridge under desk. That is the only suggestions I have. Every thing else was great.
