Insightful and calm the owners...

Liked: Body wash empty in shower , noticeable hair and lint all over bathroom floor , the toilet was dirty but dust and urine behind the seat I don’t think it was touched at besides purchasing my own cleaning supplies the stay wasn’t bad
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean

Liked: Friendly staff, breakfast was wonderful. Centeral location to different places around the city.

Disliked: The sink was stopped up and needed brighter lights in the bathroom.

Sucked because I didn’t get...

Liked: I did not even get to stay at the property because apparently they did not have my reservation. I paid for it through booking.com but was told booking not send the reservation to the property. I need a refund, but on a diff card bc I no longer have the AMEX card I used to book the room.
Disliked: Not having my reservation.
