Disliked: There was karaoke going on when we were checking in and we couldn't hear anything when trying to check in at the front desk.

Double charged by Jay manager

Liked: Bed was comfortable... Location was good.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Dirty wash clothes under the vanity. Card that purchased room in advance was cancelled by front desk then incidentals card was charged full amount of room. Original money was paid in advance to booking.com. So we paid $139. On one card then $155 on another...

This was the most disappointing...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Holiday Inn Louisville has still not refunded the USD 100 credit card deposit, and it's now been 6 weeks since my stay. I contacted them multiple times via Booking.com—no response. I also called from Germany, but the person on the phone couldn’t resolve the issue. Booking.com customer service sent me a dead upload link for submitting documentation. I then contacted Holiday Inn Louisville by email—again, no response. I will now contact my bank to get the money back.Should I also mention that my room was double-booked and someone else entered it in the evening? Or that another person (possibly drunk) walked into my room at 2 a.m.? The receptionist must have given out master keys. My own key card did no longer work in the morning. All of this is true—form your own opinion.

Superb

Disliked: The location of the rooms. Getting to the rear exit door was a guessing game. You had to go from the 2nd floor to 1st floor,then find the exit. No signs to show you or to explain anything. $100. DEPOIT,,REALLY?

Disliked: The restaurant wasn't open. we had to go out. It cost $17 to park and if we left we may not have a parking space when we got back. only 2 handicap spaces. the room was too small

Nice rooms but lacking in...

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: The breakfast was closed the morning we left. There was not a working ice machine anywhere on the property. Oh and when I got to my room the bathroom was locked, I was able to get in without calling the front desk, used the room key to jimmy the door.
