Very convenient to downtown Louisville

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and the shower was new and very nice. The hotel was conveniently located to the downtown area.

Liked: In the middle of the locations we wanted to go to.
Disliked: Parking, no information booklet in the room telling when the restaurant opens and closes, where the ice machine was located, etc.

Nice Stay in Louisville.

Liked: the Staff were Exceptional.
Disliked: The parking was terrible. We paid for parking but had to find a spot on the street because the hotel sold more spaces than were actually available. Breakfast is pay per item and very expensive!

Quiet. Shower dark for sleep...

Disliked: Ants in the windows Dirt on the floors Someone put trash outside their door and in 8 hours no one removed it. Maybe short staffed or just bit a full service hotel. Rooms were cold. Barely any blankets or towels.

Location is great, basic hotel...

Liked: Wonderful location! Friendly staff!
Disliked: The paid for as an add on breakfast was lacking both in supplies & staff though will say what we got was good. Outdoor area is uncared for. No propane in fire pit. Only metal furniture mostly out, other pieces not together at all
