Disliked: I had to pay extra parking, wasn’t expecting that.

Liked: Good location, my room was enovated, bathroom was clean.
Disliked: There was only one water fountain on the first floor, and the pillows were not comfortable at all—by far the worst pillow experience I’ve had in my numerous stays at hotels around the world. The staff were friendly but not attentive. I asked to reserve a shuttle to the airport, clearly stating that my flight was at 11:00 a.m., so I would need a pickup at 9:00 a.m. I was supposed to receive a confirmation call, but she never called me back. When I followed up, she told me she had reserved a shuttle for 10:45—a shocking oversight given my 11:00 a.m. flight. I reminded her that I had asked for a 9:00 a.m. pickup. She said she would try again and get back to me, but I never heard from her again. I eventually gave up and took a Lyft to the airport.

Good hotel.woukd recommend it

Liked: Great staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Room was not well sound proofed so there was a bit of road noise at night.

Won't stay there again

Disliked: Outside guest took all parking for the patio party.
