Holiday Inn London-Shepperton

Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Disliked: Every day during our one week stay, the key card would deactivate and not let you back into the room. It was apparently a known problem by the hotel staff and very annoying

Liked: The location was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was immaculate!
Disliked: The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable all three of us had to sleep in the big bed.

Excellent facilities and great staff.

Liked: Great facilities, very friendly staff, excellent food choices for my wife (coeliac) (breakfast only as all we had at the restaurant).
Disliked: Room air con only went to 19°C but wasn’t enough as room stayed above 23°C the entire trip.

Liked: Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were perfect for family. It was great value for money and on top of it the parking was free of charge
