Liked: Staff were amazingly helpful In the bar/restaurant area in particular, the staff were excellent.The location was great - A short walk from Great Portland Street tube - a 10 minute walk to Regents Park The room was a good size and very comfortable

Liked: We booked our stay with breakfast, which was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to 3 underground stations. Quiet rooms, and the rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The hotel, and rooms are little outdated, but this was known and have no negative impact to our stay. Beds were little too soft to my taste, but not big complaints. Our rooms did not have any view from window, just wall and roof, but this was not an issue.

Why bother asking for what...

Disliked: I booked a single room with a double bed and got told they didn't have any left but that they pushed two single beds together to make it one. No, they pushed two single beds together that moved when sitting or laying on them and they didn't make it "one" because both beds were made separately. Also advertised as having a Starbucks but it's just a coffee machine that they use Starbucks coffee beans in from what I could see, wouldn't go over to find out more to for the possibility of further be disappointed.
