Great location, communication could be...

Liked: The location is great, easy walk to Hyde Park, BST.Stylish interesting decor with unusual artwork.
Disliked: Very poor communication from the hotel. No response to my two messages enquiring about possible early access to the room and being able to leave our luggage. Our room wasn‘t available until 15.00, no effort to accommodate our request.No one explained that the items in the room were complimentary. The hotel bar closed at 10.30, felt quite early.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff members were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. We came back to the hotel for another stay after a couple of days and in the meantime they agreed to keep our luggage in their deposit. The second time we stayed, the room was larger even though it was the same reservation as the first one.

Nice stay would repeat it

Liked: The staff are amazing .. although i didnt get the twin bed room only on my last 4 days … location was great… the lobby and the photo both was a lovely add to our stay … and the welcoming smile from all staff
Disliked: The rooms were small .. the bed was a queen bed so also a bit small … The cleaning was not on point they had to be reminded about towels as they forget to put them and shampoo wasn’t refilled although i asked several times until the front desk came by himself and brought it to the room… some of the towels were a bit worn out need changing … the door leading to the elevator area can be designed better with a lovely decorative style

Disliked: Breakfast service chaotic - the staff were polite and were working hard but there was nobody managing them so orders not taken or not delivered. Food items missing from buffet. Staff didnt seem to have a set number of tables they were all over the place.Tables not cleared. The restaurant needs managing by a good supervisor.Room not serviced until we asked. We came back from a day out hot and tired mid afternoon but room still hadn't been serviced.
