Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Good hotel staff need to...

Liked: It’s closeness to the market and the zoo
Disliked: Whilst the receptionist were lovely they gave us wrong information about the surrounding area and the locality of the zoo- a 10 min walk we were told would be 30 mins - we ordered a taxi that we were told would be 3 mins away - wait if 10 cost £11 actual cost £20- the zoo was actually very easy to access and less than a 10 min walk do time and money wasted
