Bem's London adventure
Liked: We came into Euston, which was only a 15-minute walk away with my son in a wheelchair. Nothing we wanted to access was more than a 20-minute walk away. The eating facilities were great and had a really good variety to choose from.
Disliked: We constantly had to chase housekeeping for extra towels. There were 3 of us in the room, but we only got enough for 2.

Great place to stay with...
Liked: Really nice staff, very family friendly, location is great

Friendly and efficient staff in...
Liked: The hotel public rooms , bar, restaurant and breakfast were first class and greatly enjoyed. We booked 2 rooms (one for our recently retired son) and one for my wife and myself.. My sons room 256 was just as requested, clean, light and comfortable.Our room 541 was clean and comfortable (after the additional single bed was removed.)Location.!!
Disliked: Our room 541: 1. the sink plug was stuck so the sink could not be filled . A maintenance man did look at it but was unable to fix it, he would refer it to his manager. Not fixed before we left. 2.The light did not work in the entrance so making tea and seeing in the wardrobe was difficult. The light was fixed at the end of our 2nd day. 3: The venetian blind did not work properly. 4: The SAFE would not work at all, so unable to protect anything. These last 2 items were not reported.Both my son and I use CPAP breathing machines at night . There were no mains sockets near the bed heads. The hotel did supply myself with an extension lead but were unable to do so for my son. The hotel would benefit by having 2 or 3 short extension leads available.I would APPRECIATE a RESPONSE from the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have been very pleased with it.
