The hotel, staff & facilities...

Liked: All the staff were friendly and polite. Comfortable bed & very quiet
Disliked: This is a failure for Booking.com rather than the hotel..It’s a bit of a trek from the airport, there is a shuttle bus but this was not advertised on Booking.com .. ended up paying £20 for a taxi to get to the hotel from Gatwick airport.The shuttle bus should have been advertised & clearer information should have been given about how to find it. Getting back to the airport was a lot easier, after speaking to staff at the hotel I was advised that there is a shuttle bus every 15 minutes all day & night. Arrived at the airport in plenty of time.

Nice hotel near airport

Liked: Just a short stay for an early flight but the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. The shuttle bus to the terminal was regular and on time, a bit expensive.
