Liked: Room was much smaller than the Holiday Inn I had stayed at at Glasgow airport ( We booked this room on the strength of the Glasgow one and were very disappointed ) The bed was smaller and less comfortable. Room was small.The staff were excellent.Pets were accepted.
Disliked: The price was similar to the Glasgow Holiday Inn, but the experience was poorer. Disappointing!The bar and bar service was very poor.No breakfast included Parking a bit complicated.

Liked: Good Premium room and excellent customer services provided by hotel reception . I left my personal item in the room and Hotel reception handed over to the courier I have arranged . Hotel reception helped packaging the item and finally I received it . Excellent service

Carpark needs attention

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Work in carpark is taking too long, spending money on electric car charging. When the carpark in general could do with an overhaul. Plus the electric chargers are going to be in the way. Should have placed more in the body of the carpark.

Wouldn't rush back

Liked: Great location and price for what we needed x x
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds. We ate dinner in restaurant which took 2 hours and rather than staff come and tell us about delays or missing food they ignored the situation completely.
