All good, as expected

Liked: clean and tidy good location for us
Disliked: the tarmac on the car park is rough so people arriving late / leaving early are quite noisy wheeling suitcases across the surface

Handy location and reasonable value

Liked: Handy location off the M40, pleasant staff, bathroom was ok, breakfast area in the morning nice and sunny.
Disliked: Dinner menu a bit limited, although the ham/bacon steak with fried egg was enjoyable. The montepulciano d'abruzzo was poor at any price point never mind for £33.00...the bedroom room was a bit shabby.
