The staff was unprofessional and need better training.

Liked: The rooms where clean and nice.
Disliked: The night time clerk was hot tempered and border line rude.

This was my first stay at the Clarion Inn Knoxville. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hats off to this hotel and their employees for an outstanding service!

Liked: Breakfast was really good!
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that i didnt particularly like. It was very good. I was well satisfied with the food, service and the location of the breakfast bar.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet.
Disliked: There was some mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom.

Convient location, crabby employee on...

Liked: Clean facility. Location was busy and well lit up. Lots of surrounding businesses like Starbucks etc.
Disliked: Lady that greeted us that evening when we arrived very late (3am) was crabby and rude. She obviously hates her life. Had a service pet with us that had very little places around the hotel to go potty.
