The staff was unprofessional and need better training.

Liked: The rooms where clean and nice.
Disliked: The night time clerk was hot tempered and border line rude.

This was my first stay at the Clarion Inn Knoxville. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hats off to this hotel and their employees for an outstanding service!

The hair.

Liked: My room had no trash can liners and i kept finding blond hair around my bathroom. I’m a brunette. We got stuck in the elevator for 5 min with 7 of us. It just seems a little run down.
