Fantastic location with great parking...

Liked: The location was fantastic. I was able to check in early which was very convenient after a long train ride. Check out was also good and was able to extend late check out. Overall I was pleased with the staff and their helpfulness and friendliness.
Disliked: More amenities in the bathroom like cream, shower cap

Avoid at all costs

Liked: Nothing it’s a smelly dirty hotel
Disliked: All of it it’s a dump

I’d be happy to stay...

Liked: Staff were friendly, welcoming and informed. Sports facility was good with a pool .Room was comfortable Food of good quality
Disliked: The sports changing rooms had a musty smell - not massive - other than that very good

Nothing. The staff were friendly...

Liked: This holiday inn does an excellent breakfast. Plenty of choice and excellent staff. I asked for vegan brownies which weren’t out but the chef made enquires and got some for me. Can’t fault it.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like. Not the best nights sleep but it wasn’t down to the hotel. I’m just not the best sleeper.

Disliked: Pool changing rooms need a refresh- but that was it

Dissapointing

Liked: Reception staff -excellent service
Disliked: My room, it seemed no atmosphere , very cold , walls that had been damaged had been painted over in paint that didn’t match the wall paint, looked scruffy and untidy . Bed was hard, milk for tea was awful , did not mix into tea almost seemed off
