Bad

Disliked: I didn’t like that on Sunday the housekeeper walked in my room while I was in the bed without knocking mind you it was 5:30pm and she has already came around to clean the rooms at 11:30 that morning I wonder what would have happened if I wasn’t in the room also on that same day my room phone was called and the front desk person named Conner stated I had a balance on my account very rudely and once he called his manager he says oh your right you don’t have a balance after he had already turned off my room keys. I used to love stays at the holiday inn but I will be telling my friends and family to not give this company any further business.

Very good

Liked: Great staff, very professional, and kind.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The toilet was dirty with hair on the seat and dirty on the inside of the toilet when we checked in.

Downtown stays

Liked: Close to all events downtown and easy to get to and from events. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Floors were not very clean and the sofa in the room needs thrown away or seriously deep cleaned. But overall the place was very nice.

Disliked: No water in the gym facility. The printer didn’t work in the business center. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Liked: The front desk staff was amazing. The beds were super comfy, nice view spacious room, and the bathroom was very clean.

It’s good to see Hoilday...

Liked: This place is at the perfect spot. Right across the street to the Lucas Oil Stadium events. The manager was very nice, gave us water after my 18 minute walk from my terrible Airbnb stay at the Block Apartment on 113 Market Street room 611, I’ve booked thur booking.com. Mrs. Destiny from customer service was also very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room is very nice and the beds are comfortable. I had an early flight to get to. The breakfast didn’t open on time. (6:00am) Had to skip breakfast but was able to at least grab a cup of coffee.
