Good

Liked: Great staff, they were very helpful. Did the best they could with all the commotion of the Christmas parties. Room was amazing and clean.
Disliked: The elevator broke down due to a very rowdy crowd of guests staying at the hotel. That mean we had to leave the pool once finished and go outside to the stairs that took us up to our floor. Very annoying with a group of children. It also made it difficult for check out the next morning as we had to wait quite a while for elevator service and a luggage cart to help us with all our personal items that weren’t able to transport down flights of stairs.
