Disliked: It was a beauty pageant weekend so there were kids everywhere being loud as can be. It happened so no problem really.

Liked: Loved the decor, check-in staff was nice, we didn't stay long or use any of the amenities outside of room..... mattress was not comfy but we're used to our soft matress.......

Liked: We had a bad experience the previous night at a different hotel, so we decided to switch hotels and the receptionist at this Holiday Inn was amazing! They let us swim until our room was ready as we were from out of town and had no where else to go or put our stuff. The hotel was clean, offered 2 bathroom, and even showed us rooms to help suit our family. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Key card kept disconnecting from being too close to our phones. Just think they should mention that at check in so it doesn't happen as often.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Liked: While we didn't do the breakfast, I was so impressed with the overall experience. Everyone was so upbeat, so kind and caring....It was a pleasure to stay there.

Disliked: It was very cringe looking from the outside, once inside it looked a little better but it definitely needs some work. Our room was gross, there were bandaids hanging from the smoke detector, black hairs all over the restroom and none of us have long black hair like that. Only one side of the elevators were working which made things more complicated than needed to be. If I would have known what the hotel was like before booking, I would not of booked here. You should definitely lower your price for what you offer. I could have stayed at Embassy for just a tad more. This was a one and done for us.
