Liked: I liked the location, the layout of the hotel and the amenities.
Disliked: My only dislike was being on the first floor, being their for a work/school function we were next to the pool and some of the main things(not really their fault) but also the ac, when it would kick on or off it would wake us up everytime it did.

Front desk staff and housekeeping...

Liked: The close location to where we had to be and the quick access to highway for food etc
Disliked: I did not like the breakfast situation. We had breakfast vouchers and waitress took quite a while to get to us and then once order was placed sat for an hour for our food and then my daughter and her friend ordered apple juice and it didn’t come until they were done with their meal. My sister and I came down at 8:45 and never once did the waitress come and ask if we needed anything nor did she check on the other guests who had already ordered hence why we never got our juice until my brother in law physically got up and went and got it. Very disappointed. Had to go and spend my money on food elsewhere.
