Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff unhappy when my kids accidentally drop his water. We offer to clean it, but your staff still gave us attitude make us super uncomfortable.

Very good

Liked: The staff was friendly and it was clean. The room was nice and I like the sofa bed cause we have 3 children so it's nice everyone had room.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better and there's not much around the area to grab food or anything.

Very bad experience. Won't stay...

Liked: Location was good and enjoy the rooftop patio. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Had a very bad experience with paying with my credit card/debit card they could not fix! Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. Central air had intermittent problems. Luggage cart had flat tires. My experience is a big fat F.
