I had to double pay...

Liked: It was nice and clean .
Disliked: I book the hotel in booking.com they couldn’t find my name in the system so the staff wasn’t being helpful and he price match it including the 100 deposit . I paid for it I had the confirmation number and pin and he still couldn’t find it so he told me to call my bank and say it was fraud but it wasn’t fraud I paid 135 I double paid and there was nothing really they could do to help me when it’s there hotel I paid for . dissapointed because no refund is accepted when I paid and my name didn’t show in the system a refund is what I deserve because nobody deserves to pay double .

Disliked: Pool area could use cleaning - more towels needed.Paying for parking in the middle of nowhere is insane!

Disliked: Check in at 3pm, no early check in, staff was rude. Once it was 3pm, they didnt check us in until after.
