I would stay there again.

Liked: The rooms were very clean, quiet, and customer service was very good.

Nice room ,bad smell

Liked: The room was comfortable the bed and pillows are the best. The location is perfect for where we go and visit our daughter. The staff was very friendly and understanding.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.. it was gross we told the front desk about it and also the shower curtain rod was falling down, they came in and fixed that while we were out. But morning #2 woke up and could smell cigarettes again, next time we are going to stay on a lower level had no issues on floor 2 but 4th floor was not good..

Great stay

Liked: The beds are extremely comfy, pillows feel like home! The staff were all super friendly.
Disliked: The toilet was low to the ground, and hard to flush

Liked: We booked 3 rooms together and it was nice to be all be there together.
Disliked: I booked this particular place for the indoor pool and when we checked in they told us the pool was closed because they were draining it and cleaning. It looked like the pool had been closed for quite some time because there was algae in the water that was half drained and the entire 4 days we were there they were not working on the pool in any manner. Also, and this is my own fault, I didn't notice that we had to purchase our own breakfast if we wanted to eat. The menu was very very pricey considering all the restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We never used their restaurant at the hotel.

Liked: Booked through booking.com. It stated this property had a pool. When my husband called and asked he was told yes they had a pool. Then husband asked if open and NO it was closed. Website on booking.com never said pool closed. Talked to both booking.com and told the Holiday Inn decides if charged for cancelling. ( within 10 min of booking). They charged even though we did not stay as we wanted a pool. My advise use another hotel

Excellent place to stay

Liked: The beds were super comfortable and the pillows felt like heaven! The room was very clean and large. Love the layout! And housekeeping asked if we needed anything which we have never gotten asked before!
