Miserable night, but manager made...

Disliked: Air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower not allowing me to sleep, tub drain would gurgle, every time someone in another room use their water. The entry door lock did not work properly when I went to inquire about why it didn’t. I was told that some locks were put in upside down and you had to use them differently. We were in room 391, which we call the room from hell.

Poor soundproofing. Paper thin walls.

Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: The walls and doors are not insulated well. We were trying to get rest until about 10:30am and the kids running up and down the halls yelling, the vac all around our room with the do not disturb sign on the door, doors slamming, things banging around like you were next to the engine room on a ship. And in the evening before we were listening to a song on a cell phone and someone banged on the door saying they got 2 calls about loud music. We weren't even being loud. We were really suprised and confused.... until morning. Then it was evident that the building wasn't constructed with acceptable soundproofing.
