Overall, it's a good hotel

Liked: Location was close to Disneyland. Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Fireworks could be seen from hotel parking lot.
Disliked: Power went out and had to check out early, I have two children, staff was not prepared to handle power outrages. Housekeeping was not a daily process, you have to ask for service.

Great stay

Liked: Rooms are clean, staff is friendly The area is great. Bought passes ART bus and comes to the front of the hotel and took us to Disneyland. We are repeat customers and are very happy with the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast is pricey

Liked: The staff was friendly. Cose proximity to Disney parks and Downtown Disney. Very clean and liked that the shower and sink was stocked with Dove products.

The stay was fair. Staff...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate. The staff was wonderful .
Disliked: The room decor was unpleasant. Not enough chairs. Hard with only one sink.
