Liked: Nothing the staff was rude the room wasn’t clean I want my money back honestly .
Disliked: Nothing the bar was not open that was a lie. The pool was not clean that was a lie you the breakfast was molded

Liked: The front desk staff , gave me (the second night 15-16/04) the right help the get a nice room 307.
Disliked: The first night 14-15/04 was very bad because the room 617 has too much noise (air conditioning) and the curtains were very clear, basically I didn't sleep.

Overall stay was satisfactory

Liked: King suite spacing. The TVs screen size was perfect.
Disliked: Only thing stand up shower didn't have some sort have marble partition and thought water would migrate to sink side. Used extra towels on floor as partition. But no issues

Liked: Location was good near to the airport and other interesting locations.
Disliked: Cleanliness was the worst. Room was filthy, carpets were oily, not clean and dirty wet. The AC was smelling and dirty. The night staff was clearly high on weed and was not responding properly. The house keeping was not properly cleaning the room.
