Liked: Staff was nice and friendly

It was a nice stay...

Liked: The breakfast was ok and the staff was very kind and friendly
Disliked: The bathtub felt slippery and the drain was clogged and the carpet felt dirty. Once we arrived at 11 pm and the toilet had a piece of paper that I had thrown away in the morning before leaving, which means they made the beds but didn't clean the bathroom

Disliked: We arrived and were told that the hotel had run out of rooms for the night. We were then moved into the sister hotel next door, and the room was quite dated.Breakfast was lack luster as most items were taken(we arrived for breakfast an hour before it ended.

Good location, family friendly.

Liked: Good location, right across Doral Park. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The bathtub drainer needs to be fixed, no warm water, only cold water from the shower.

Disliked: Everything was great, but they forgot to leave towels on the first day. We had to go to Reception and ask for them.There were three adults in our room, but the next day they only provided two towels.Also, there’s only one luggage cart available for the entire hotel and all the guests.Breakfast was included, but we only ate there the first day because the eggs were awful — they tasted watery, like they had been heavily diluted with milk or water to stretch a small amount of egg
