My Hero...

Liked: availability with no notice ... my original hotel was closed due to bankruptcy when I got to Texas.
Disliked: my stay was fine, I have no complaints.

Disliked: Couldn't get any towels till the next day. But other than that it was a good 2 day stay.

Horrendous, best part was the...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Staff were unhelpful, no soap, shampoo or shower gel! staff said there was none available.Breakfast was poor, moved to the Hyatt Regency the next night breakfast was $2 more but what a world of difference.Would recommend the Hyatt over Holiday Inn anytime
