Liked: Clean and well looked after. Good location and nice food around.Lacked in amenities: no spa or sauna. Room could have used a kettle or another way of making boiled water. Kitchenette was bare: no plenty of draws but nothing in them(cutlery, crockery etc.)Room smelt like Asian food and we could not get rid of it.Would have been great if the breakfast had a healthy option (muesli, granola, smoothie etc).Staff were really helpful and kind.

Liked: I absolutely loved how comfortable the bed was and how spacious the room is. Nice bathroom as well, with good amenities.
Disliked: 1)The guests staying in the room next to me were too noisy and were constantly playing very loud music late into the night, making it hard to sleep. The staff wasnt very helpful with dealing with this matter.2)I also had a very unwelcoming check in experience with the property requesting for full payment upfront plus an additional 200 deposit(refundable), which was never stipulated as part of the payment terms to begin with on booking.com. The staff who checked me in wasnt very helpful or forthcoming about this, and was borderline hostile in fact. 3) My safe and my telephone in the room werent working and there was no help that was offered to be able to fix this4) For 3 of the days during my stay, my room for some reason was never cleaned. Again, there was no follow up or assistance from the staff to rectify thisFor the price I paid for my stay, it just really did not feel like it was value for my money.
