Great room, fantastic breakfast and...

Liked: When we arrived we were informed we had been upgraded to a premium room. The room was great and had lots of space and the shower was fantastic (not always the case in hotels) and the bed was comfy and had a good nights sleep.Breakfast had a lot of choices and was really good and all the staff from check in to breakfast and checkout were really friendly and helpful.Would stay here again if back in the area.

Disliked: Check in was asked not to use my personal card for charges -- i would use my business card and bring it down when my boss arrived - they said fine - however at check out they used my personal card

Superb

Perfect for what we needed

Liked: Location, room, beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: The lockers in the health club. Hardly any lockers locked and, when I did enquire at the health club reception, I was given a padlock with a code. For all those, like me, who need to wear glasses (apart from in the pool) meant I couldn’t see to take the padlock off, so had to ask another guest to punch in the code.
