Amazing staff, but the construction...

Liked: Fantastic location.
Disliked: Renovations are underway until August and as a result the lobby didn’t have a seating area and the restaurant is closed until the work is done. In addition workers were on the floor above us and the construction noise started before 9am.

Disappointing

Liked: It was clean and housekeeping were brilliant, our room was perfect everyday even if we didn’t ask for housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: It was noisy, even if you put the sleeping light on, people were ignorant and we were woken up a lot . 3.30am with a woman next door screaming, I complained to reception and it was dealt with swiftly. There was building works which I wasn’t aware of when I booked, so that was noisy too, which was annoying.

Liked: The staff were excellent they couldn't do enough for me
Disliked: The building was under major refurbishmen,t scaffolding at the front of the building, no facilities to use, had to go to another hotel for breakfast
