Disgusted!!

Disliked: The property is going thru renovations The noice was unbearable till 5.30 pm every dayI complained they said there is nothing Dey could do about it I sent few emails to booking.com not even a reply I’m disgusted!Customer care fu…ing zero!!!

They ruined my vacation

Disliked: Very noisy since they were doing renovation. Lots of sound of drilling and hammering in early morning hours. The hotel is not 4 stars. They didn't have phone or closet in the room

Liked: The breakfast was excellent which was the Marriot Hotel about 5 minutes away. The staff was very professional and apologetic. Housekeeping did an outstanding job in keeping the roonclean.
Disliked: There were inconveniences that l only learned upon arrival. For example, the hotel is being renovated so there was no dining room or gym. I had to walk 4 blocks to have breakfast. Initially, l was given a room which was like a match box. I insisted on being moved to a larger room so l was accomadated. After the third day of my week long stay l returned to the hotel to find that the elevator was blocked off from use in the lobby so you had to walk up to the first floor to get the elevator and vice versa upon leaving the exiting. On the first floor there was lots of construction which made the air quality poor. If l had known of the above issues in advance, I may have selected a different hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7/8 years and l been very pleased up until now. I paid more for my stay this time and l felt that l received less.

Disliked: Before booking, the listing only mentioned “construction” without any details. I assumed it was light renovation such as painting or carpet changes.However, I was surprised to find:•The elevator does not operate from the ground floor, which caused difficulty, especially with luggage.•There is extremely loud construction noise from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including drilling, hammering, and knocking, making it impossible to rest or sleep.I contacted reception due to headaches from the noise. They confirmed there is renovation, but this level of disturbance and elevator issue were not disclosed in the listing.I changed rooms but the problem remained. I have video and photo evidence of both the noise and the elevator issue.This situation has caused serious discomfort, and I believe the booking information was incomplete and misleading.I kindly request a partial refund or compensation for the

Liked: Where it was located.
Disliked: The whole building was under scaffolding when we arrived. The air con wasn’t working in the rooms on the hottest day of the year. The hallways were covered in paint from works that was happening in the hotel that we wasn’t informed about.
