Affordable and clean

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff were smiling all the time. The staff at the reception and concierge were so lovely and helpful Got tips on places to visit and distinctions
Disliked: Was littel bit disappointed by the size of the bed. The ventilation was OK. Tried to open the windows for some fresh air.

While the location was excellent...

Liked: Location was perfect as underground was very close. On the other hand we were expecting more from a Marriott 4 star hotel. As soon as we arrived we realized that the hotel was a complete construction zone and we were never informed about this. It also made difficult to relax in the afternoon because of all the work that was going on. Cleanliness was very good as the room was cleaned daily. Mattresses was uncomfortable as it had a dent in it

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: We didn't realise that the hotel was being refurbished but there was minimal noise and disruption.

Liked: Location was great to get around London, Earls Court tube station five minutes walk from the hotel.
Disliked: Marked hotel down a bit because building work was taking place so some facilities weren't available.
