Liked: There was a gentleman I was talking to in the elevator in the hallway that works there and he was extremely friendly and kind. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name now. He wore glasses and I’m not sure if he was Maintenance, but he had tools and a ladder. He had comment on my tennis shoes I had on he said he really liked them. August 5th.

Liked: We have stayed at this location a number of times and enjoyed our stay. This time our stay was terrible. Because of construction it took 20 minutes to find our room
Disliked: In our room the AC unit wasn’t working properly and the carpet was soaked from it freezing up. The tv remote or the tv didn’t work At check out since I booked with a third party, I was told there was nothing they could do.

Liked: Clean! Staff was very helpful and with Courtesy all time. Highly recommended

Disliked: The outside pool was closed. The jacuzzi out of service. They were doing construction on the property while I was staying. It smelled bad. Had to move to another room because of plumbing issues and over charged for one of my rooms.
