Good enough place to sleep...

Liked: Clean nice rooms.
Disliked: Little outdated prices didn’t match what the app quoted me

I just wish it was...

Liked: Perfect location for Hershey Park
Disliked: Didn’t like that the property was being worked on while we were there. I was on a vacation, not a vacation with other people working in the same building as me little upset about that but what are you gonna do I guess and they weren’t gonna give us complementary breakfast see that we had to fight for that.

Liked: The Winter Circle was entertaining, food was good.
Disliked: Many things! I came to this hotel for the hot tub which was not in service. Last year it was under renovations, how long does it take?? Ice machine had no ice . Vending machine had no watersOh yeah had to go to another floor to get ice when it did have ice early onThe newly renovated room we were in, ( think) one of the lights didn't work and the water pressure was very low while taking a shower. I also had to screw the plug in the drain, don't know why it was out. It wasn't so housekeeping could clean it cuz I pulled a clump of hair out of it. Pretty gross. Other than than, it was okay.

Exceptional

Convenient location, clean, quiet area...

Liked: The hotel is very clean. Our room had just been renovated and was spotless. We had dinner at the pub downstairs and it was delicious and good value for your money
Disliked: The deadbolt between the connection room did not engage and the ice machines weren’t functioning but I imagine it will be taken care of with the renovations.

Liked: The winner circle is a great place to.
Disliked: We were supposed to get a room with king size bed and sofa. What we got was a room with a kings size bed. The bathroom was horrible . Look like mold around tub . The water barely got warm. The heater didn’t work properly. You could see where there must of been water damage on the ceiling and walls. A lot of dust collected on lamps. The hotel lobby was so cold you could see your breath.
