Liked: i didnt have breakfast after the way my room looked and the rude customer service at the front desk
Disliked: the rude behavior after trying to overcharge me , the rude tone and attitude from the lady upfront , down to we didnt get to fully check the room after waiting for an about hour to get checked in ,trying to get to a concert . came back showered then time to bed at 2 in the am to pull the sofa bed out with dirty stains on the sheets with leftover used sheets

Good hotel

Liked: The receptionist was nice and accommodating even at midnight. He even apologized for the wait time even though it appeared that he was really frazzled with the many guests trying to check in. Dove toiletries - not just the usual you get in other hotels. Good breakfast buffet - nice selection of food and tasted good too.
Disliked: Elevator is too small. Corridors too small especially with the luggage carts.Cleanliness can be improved especially with the carpets in the common areas.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: I booked a king suite. When I got there they put me in a king executive room. When I talked to the front desk about it, he said the pictures look deceiving and the room I booked wasn’t a suite. But I know I booked a suite. I was disappointed because of the price I paid when I didn’t even have a suite, and I had two babies with me so the extra room was needed. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Disliked: This property is tired and in need of a refresh. The walls are dirty. Ceilings have stains on them. Bathrooms are gross and need a severe deep cleaning and upgrade. Overall the hotel is depressed.
