Disliked: I made a reservation over a month before my arrival date, via Booking.com. and paid in full the week before arrival. This was in anticipation of my daughter going through her final MEPS and then shipping out to Navy basic training. 2 hours before our check-in time we get a voice mail from the hotel telling us they can no longer accommodate our reservation and that we had been moved to a different hotel. I tried calling back as soon as I realized I missed the call, no answer at the actual hotel. I was on with their customer service for 25 minutes and they couldn't get an answer either. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told because they found out the day before that the military needed the rooms for the MEPS arrivals, they were now overbooked and because we booked through Booking.com we were getting the boot. Then I was basically told it was my fault as I did not let them know we were a MEPS family and that is was my daughter and all the other kids taking all the rooms, so they were to blame. They placed us at the Indigo at the same rate. It was a nice hotel, but it would have been nicer if it had been the same hotel our daughter was in. They did offer to let us eat free of charge at the buffet with out daughter and gave us a free can of soda.

Liked: We came for MEPS so was limited on choices
Disliked: The elevator is very unsteady and almost scary to ride. There are two elevators in the whole hotel, but one of them is unusable. Also, there are only two doors that you can go in or out through. I didn’t like the fact that there was no sink in the actual bathroom, but was located outside of the bathroom. The stairways are not air-conditioned. It took our room several hours to adjust to the temperature that was desired.

Liked: The locations was wonderful for us. We were equal distance to everything Hershey and the other things that we went for, mainly the bowling alleys. We have stayed here before that is why we selected this hotel this time around but never again.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible, eggs were cold powdered eggs and the meat selections were not the best there wasn't a large selection of choices. Better selection of food and for $14.00 you could have gone to McDonalds and gotten better eggs. I threw mine in the trash and ended up eating only toast. The noise in the hotel from other guest was out of control and the management did nothing to stop it and it was well after midnight. Never again will we use this hotel.

I would definitely come back...

Liked: It was nice and convenient from Hershey Park.
Disliked: We came at a time when there was a kids’ hockey tournament so the lobby was pretty busy. I initially reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived to the hotel, I was told that I have a room with 1 king bed and a pullout sofa which really wasn’t an issue. The front desk did explain when reserving through third party sites like booking.com, the sites doesn’t realize that the requested rooms aren’t available which seems to be a common thing.
