Liked: Everything good,

Hamburg Style

Liked: New Hotel, with good facilities and good quality. Quiet rooms and very well decent furniture. Very near a train and metro stations. Even coming from the airport has a direct train. The surroundings are from working places, but safe and secure.
Disliked: Breakfast too expensive (25€). Maybe because there aren't many options in the neighborhoods (catching a 2-3 station metro, you're in the center with less expensive options). The cleaning was ok, but refilling the toiletries isn't done (only if you ask).

Worst IHG I stayed in

Liked: Pros:- Wifi was good and I could work in the room.- Near some transportation Cons:- the Sink in my room was having problem with water not going down and flushed called the reception 3 times no one came after they told me that they will fix it. Went to reception and asked them to come fix it they said 5 minutes guess what? no one came after. I have never been treated like this in any hotel and any other IHG hotel.- put a sign up to clean my room(and yes it was after the second night) went to Berlin in the morning and came back afternoon guess what? No one cleaned my room or changed the towels, informed the reception (they played the second night card) and once they find out they were wrong said they will send someone, you know what happened next don’t need to tell :) no one showed up.

Liked: The staff were professional, helpful and friendly . The gym was a good size and the sauna was a nice addition.
Disliked: The rooms urgently need some TLC . The carpet was badly stained throughout the hotel and especially in our room. The room rate was very high for the standard of the hotel but maybe that is just hamburg as a destination.The F&B at the hotel was also very pricey for the quality that you get. There is not much in terms of restaurant in the area so you don’t have much choice. Breakfast buffet at € 25 also seems quite high for what you actually get.The sauna opening tiles could also be extended.
