Liked: The location was excellent

Not worth the price

Liked: Location to Crucible Theatre.
Disliked: Rooms need a complete make over. Very dated. Carpets are grubby, TV old, furniture dated and fridge did not work. Over priced and does not represent good value for money. Room was very dimly lit with poor lighting.

Disliked: Exceptionally tired, stains all over the carpets, walls and ceilings. No toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Basics!

Pretty poor

Liked: The central location.
Disliked: The room was disgusting so we changed rooms and the second one wasn’t much better. There were questionable stains in places the beds were really uncomfortable so much so we cut our stay short by a night as couldn’t take another poor nights sleep. It beggars belive how this has a 4star rating mind blowing. I’m struggling to get higher than a 1 and purely down to the central location. All in all a poor visit for my wife’s birthday as she wanted to re visit Sheffield after going to uni there and loves the city.
