Holiday Inn Gloucester / Cheltenham

A very excellent stay.

Liked: Wee booked DB&B. Dinner was superb, breakfast was tasty, service and friendliness was excellent and the staff were hardworking. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come again.

Delightful and surprisingly good for...

Liked: Excellent facilities all round, it looks as though everything has had a refresh, as the restaurant and bar area was very fresh, the health and swimming pool facilities are all excellent, with enough lockers and towels provided if you stay as a guest. Gym equipment equally up to date and high quality.
Disliked: The rooms were adequate but a fridge would have been useful.

Disliked: The pictures look better, I was a little bit dissapointed about the room. Anyhow, for 1 night was ok, basic amenities. I think there are better options in the area.

Liked: Great location, very clean, smells amazing! Staff were all super friendly and chatty. Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable. Could not fault it.

Pleasant staff and facilities but...

Liked: Very pleasant, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable refurbished rooms.
Disliked: Our room (21) was situated on the ground floor, adjacent to the laundry delivery doors. We were awoken at 7:30am on a Sunday morning by the sound and chatter of persons moving large totes of laundry. We had been to a family gathering until the early hours and were looking forward to a lie in but neither of us could get back to sleep, prior to our 3 hour drive home later the same day.
