Liked: I didn't have time to go down for breakfast, and when I mentioned this casually at check-in, the reception offered me tea and some croissants, which was very nice of them. That alone made the stay worthwhile.

Liked: A good hotel, it should perhaps be renovated a little. Excellent breakfast. Great reception staff, very professional and helpful: we had to leave the hotel a day early and we were not charged for the night, so thank you for your willingness and attention to listen to our needs, a great value for the Hotel.
Disliked: Restaurant and bar could be renovated.

Very friendly team and spacious...

Liked: I stayed for a few days on business. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even providing me with a converter, which was a great help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and as the area is mainly filled with businesses, it becomes very quiet in the evenings. Breakfast was a buffet and definitely worth the cost.In terms of location, it depends on where you need to go, but it was only a 2-minute walk to a bus service that takes about 30 minutes to Frankfurt Airport and around 14 minutes to the city centre by bus. It was enjoyable to explore the area and use public transport. If proximity to the airport isn’t a priority, I’d certainly recommend considering this Holiday Inn.
Disliked: The only downside I would mention is that the rooms are not well soundproofed. If the room next to yours is occupied, it can be difficult to get a good night's sleep.
