Not worth the value and...

Liked: It wasn’t dirty. It sufficed for the two nights I used it for.
Disliked: The room stated that it was soundproof when booking and I also requested to be away from other guests. Walls were thin and I was surrounded by multiple guests. I was on third floor and not only heard guests in every other room but also guests 3 floors down in the pool. I had a pet with me that would bark at every little noise heard. Will not be booking again due to lying over soundproof rooms.

Advice is to research this...

Liked: It needs to be disclosed that the city of Ft Myers has a deal with local charities for this to be a homeless shelter and voucher location. While this is a wonderful thing, the beds and rooms had a most awful smell and below subpar type cleanliness & conditions. We had to leave due to this not being ideal on a personal health type situation.
Disliked: There are apparent drug dealers and prostitution offerings in the back parking lot; safety was of immediate concern. This is also a homeless shelter.
