Disappointing

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good and excellent service.
Disliked: The aircon didnt work in our rooms and it was 32 degrees weather.The staff put a little cooling fan in our room but it never made a difference. We hardly got any sleep for 2 nights.

Liked: Property was spotlessly clean and all staff were a credit to your company
Disliked: Had to move rooms once due to air conditioning not working , but that was an issue that could not be helped.

Liked: There was no AC in the roomAnd it was very hot. The hotel provided us with two fans which did help but didn’t sleep well at all because of this. We were offered one room that was left but only had a double bed but we needed two single beds in the room. This was a special request that we had booked 6 months prior. Staff were lovely and very approachable and did their best to help.
Disliked: Was great would book again and hope the ac works next time.
