Great location, but tired

Liked: We stayed here because of the convenient location to Heathrow, (flying the next morning)
Disliked: The hotel is in need of refurbishment, the rooms are very tired, we paid extra for a suite which was ok, but very dated. There was also major work going on in the hotel, (the whole of the front of the hotel had scaffolding) and some areas not accessible. This was not highlighted during the booking. The dining experience was like a school canteen, we only had breakfast as it included in the booking, the evening meal prices were very expensive, so we went to the local garage and had nibbles in our room, though it was noted on the booking there was no lift, this is in small writing and lugging suitcases up 4 flights of stairs was not fun

Delightful, comfortable stay

Liked: Excellent. The cooked breakfast was delicious! The room was very nice, comfortable bed and all the facilities you need.
Disliked: The plug for the wash basin in room 139 was broken. I reported it but it was too late to get it fixed. It wasn’t a problem though.
