An ideal location as a...

Liked: The room suited me well. All facilities one would expect. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and peaceful bedroom despite a busy road close by. Well appointed bathroom. Members of my family lived nearby so we were able to meet up in the bar area on the morning of my departure and chat over a coffee/tea [my niece had food too] until it was time for us all to go our separate ways
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Good hotel, great staff, tired...

Liked: Staff were excellent, location fantastic, front of hotel, bar and restaurant were great, as was the food.
Disliked: The room was dark, musty and backed on to a building site. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and there was mould on the sealer near the sink

Great location for the British...

Liked: The place was clean and the staff were welcoming and polite. The food I had for dinner was very good and the breakfast choice and quality was excellent. We went for the British Motor Show, and the location was brilliant, being just a 5 minute walk from the show.
Disliked: Our room was a little dingy with no central light, and the bed was not that comfortable. This is our third stay and the rooms we've had before have been better. It became a bit annoying being constantly asked if we had any allergies. It would be better if they asked the question once and made note of your answer.
