We spent two nights at the hotel and we would definitely visit again; can't fault the hotel or staff - all very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Everything else! The room was in need of some refurb! Also when we asked for a drink on the Saturday night in the bar they took a £50 payment from our account - we were told ‘it won’t come out of your account’ but it did and on check out we were then told ‘oh yes it does that but will come back in 5 days’ - this is absolutely not OK! I then called a week later and was told ‘it can take up to 3 weeks’ !!!! Not happy

Liked: Great reception, bar, and dining facilities.
Disliked: Room a little dated, no USB sockets, sprung mattress that clunked when you moved. And my pet hate a shower curtain over a bath. Other than that the room was clean, quiet, and I enjoyed a good night sleep

Disliked: Had to queue to check in and out, not really enough staff for the amount of customers also beyond your control perhaps but stay was very noisy thanks to screaming kids and parents who had no respect for other guests - there needs to be notices put up and parents need to be aware it’s not a playground

Disliked: Sofa bed was so tiny that my daughter struggled to sleep in it. Please provide a decent size sofa bed .Worn carpets, taps that need replacing in toilets and curtain showers that need an upgradeThe place needs a makeover
