Highly disappointed in the tub.

Liked: Location convenient to I-95
Disliked: I booked a suite with a jetted spa tub for my wife to enjoy, however upon check in, we were informed that no rooms on the property had jetted spa tubs anymore. I booked the room the day we checked in. How is that possible?
