Liked: The beds were comfortable and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't a place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom.

Booking.com should have been aware...

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing a major renovation so it had limited parking, construction noise and dirt everywhere inside and out. Other guests were noisy after midnight as well. It reall needed to be renovated but staying open and continuing to use the worn out rooms till they are renovated is not customer focused and definitely not worth 173.00 CDN a night

I would stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was open when we came back. The pancake maker was almost out of mix by our second day. The pool was a bit green and the hot tub was out of commission.

Disliked: I didn't like that the spa was a lot colder than the pool itself. I didn't like how small the rooms were I thought they were going to be bigger but we managed
