Not what I expected, and...

Liked: The staff was not overwhelming polite or welcoming. When checking in it seemed like it was more of a choir for them. However, they did help us out later in night by bringing something to the room and helping us avoid having to get our daughter back out into the cold.
Disliked: The room was described as the biggest in the area. That was a joke. How they were able to squeeze two queen size beds into this room was a miracle of its own. The beds appeared clean and the room smelled fresh but the floors were filthy. Definitely felt like a place you wanted to keep shoes on.
